For clarity, the <br />Division's answers are in the same order as your requests and attachments are <br />enclosed and referenced as needed. <br />1). Bond IJumber FSO42810 pertains to Wyoming Fuel Company's (WFC) Golden <br />Eagle I•iine. The only bond currently pertaining to the Canadian Strip (dine is <br />Irrevocable Letter of Credit plumber S4i639 drawn on the United Bank of Denver <br />in the amount of 5746,450.00. The amount of Bond to be retained is finalized <br />at 5298,580.00, a reduction of 5447,870.00 (60A of 5746,450.00). These were <br />the amounts stated in the notices to the landowners. <br />2). There were no comments received from landowners, interested parties, or <br />the general public. OSI.1 should seek BLId concurrence on the southern and pond <br />X002 portions of the 81 acre reclaimed area. A copy of a letter stating <br />Jackson County's intentions for the former haul road/oil well access road (now <br />County Road 23-A) is enclosed. <br />3). A copy of the aerial photos which the Division used to determine the area <br />included in the release is enclosed. The scale, as noted on the photos is <br />1:6600 or 1"=550'. <br />4). A copy of the Division's 5/13/88 Phase I inspection report was included <br />in the regular June mailing to AFO. <br />5). Technical Revision number three and the permit renewal allowed slight <br />changes in final reclamation contours since mining in the Pit 2 area was never <br />completed. A copy of the approved permit renewal document (essentially the <br />same as TR-03) is enclosed. The "as-built" reclamation plan map was sent by <br />the operator to your office in FJovember of 1987 to the attention of <br />t•ir.
