Secondly,
Mr. Briggs has informed me that the Mined Land Reclamation Board
staff is having conversations with the Forest Service regarding
appropriate reforestation of the amendment area. I would appreciate
it if you would provide me with a copy of the Forest Service's
report or, in the alternative, inform me of their conclusions.
Finally, I would appreciate it if you would let me know the staff's
position regarding appropriate reforestation.
Thanks for your assistance.
Sincerely yours,
SPARKS, DIX, ENOCH
~/ ~ /~/~
LMN/ajr
cc: Jean Hyde
Bart Enoch
Kenneth Springfield
James R.
