In the Coal Program, a "hazd copy" of the permit application package for each operation
will be maintained by individual environmental protection specialists, but the electronic permit
package and file will be the primary file available for use by operators and the general public, as
well as DRMS staff.
All document imaging will be done at the Denver office.
