The legal
description on that deed reflects an area about 50 acres smaller than the azea that is
permitted by the Division. I am considering deeding that 50 acres to the Dutch investors.
In return I am asking fora 60 foot wide easement on the northern boundary of the
permitted area to access the rest of my property. The Dutch would like a letter from your
Division indicating, as you have to me verbally, that you have no problem with that
easement.
Please address such a letter to Snowstorm Sand and Gravel concerning pemtit number
M63-84. Please fax the letter to me at 303-296-3777. If you have questions, call me at
303-292-6900.
Sincerely,
ry
Ted Zt~~1
Page 1/1
