Also, please inform us of <br />the time and location of the examination(s) administered by the <br />Division as required by Rule 6.02.1(2)(c). <br />My copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in Rule 6.01.1 states "a certified blaster <br />shall be familiar with the blasting requirements of Rule <br />2.05.4(6) and Rule 4.08."
