Please note that the Subject of this memo states... "reflecting the <br />change in Ownership and Control for Surface Mining Permit No. C-81-013". <br />The State was in crrur nl the cunt the Technical Revision was dune in not naming <br />Westmoreland Coal the permittee for the Golden Eagle Mine. Again, all rights contained <br />within the permit;; previously held by Basin were sold to Westmoreland.
