The information submitted satisfies <br />the requirements of Rule 4.30.1; therefore, the Division accepts your notice <br />of temporary cessation effective April 1, 1986. <br />The Division will reduce the inspection frequency at this site from the <br />current monthly sequence to a minimum of one complete inspection per quarter. <br />Please be advised that this once per quarter is the minimum frequency and that <br />additional inspections may be performed as determined by the Division. <br />Once you commence activities, please advise the Division accordingly.
