• • III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
999
June 25, 1997
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is written to support the Cripple Creek & Victor Mine activities.
1) Our home is one block from the main part of town, and a block from the property owned
by the Fuhlrod'sand Mayor Hopkins. We aze just across from Mr. David McCormick's
property. This building is an older building. We have not seen any damage done to the
property, nor have we felt any of the blasting.
2) We also support the demolition of the Carlton Mill. I was born and raised in Victor, my
Father was head welder when the mill was erected, and attended the grand opening of the
mill when it opened. It was built from mostly scrap material from the mill in Colorado
Springs (just offTh street). We see the deterioration that has occurred. It is in a location
it would not benefit anyone or anything if it was saved.
If you have any questions you can contact me at 719 689 2767.
Tish & Dewey Allen
Box 105
Victor, CO 80860
