The Division
considers recycling and/or selling high ash coal to be a beneficial practice. No revision to the
permit document is required at this time. However, if reject materials being resumed to the LRP
or RPE are of significant quantity and if these materials aze of a substantially different nature so
as to impact the existing geotechnical stability analyses, future revisions may be necessary.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
i~~u~~ ~, b~~/
Michael P.
