Ave.
Henderson, CO 80640
Erica Crosby;
Division of Minerals and Geology
1313 Sherman St,
Denver, CO 80203
! am writing you concerning the pond that Camas is draining on the West side of my
residence. I am concerned because draining the water from the pond could affect our
well water, since our well is only 30 feet in depth. The pond on the East of my residence
is slowly draining also, which is why I am concerned. Our home is between the two
ponds and if the draining of the West pond is also draining the East pond, then there is a
possibility of effecting my well. 1 think they were supposed to be monitoring the East
pond because they had placed a long rod of some kind in the water, They have checked it
at least once, which means they knew the draining of the West pond was going to affect
the East pond, or they knew of the possibility.
I hope you can understand why I am concerned!
Please contact us as soon as you can, as I am very worried.
Thank you,
o--`'--'~~-e-~-
Frances McLaughlin
3o~-age-l~t~a
i
