Due to permitting requirements at a number <br />of mines, including Seneca and piucla, the Division has been unable t~ review <br />this map. <br />The Division does request, however, that besides this map, Peabody should <br />develop some cross sections comparing this map against the approved <br />topography, These cross sections, and a discussion of any nnticeahle <br />discrepancies, if any, should he submitted to the Division as part of any <br />annual topography map. <br />please contact me if you have any questions. <br />I <br />Peter V.
