We understand that you believe the reason for the
deposition of this cobble material may be due to changes in surface drainage patterns as a result
of mining in the area.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Personnel from our Denver office, myself
included, will be on site Wednesday, March 30, 1994 to investigate your concerns. We will
inform you of the results of our investigation as soon as possible. Please contact me if you
have any further questions.
Sincerely,
~~~ U
Daniel I.
