You may begin mining operations in <br />accordance with the .approved mine plan by giving 24 hour notice to the Craig <br />District Office of the Sureau of Land Management (Craig District). We may <br />require amendments co your mine plan as mining proceeds and the impacts of <br />your operation become evident. <br />The [dhite River Resource Area is reviewing your mine plan and may require <br />revisions to the plan when their review is complete. The Resource Area has <br />indicated that any necessary revisions in the mine plan will not require <br />a delay in the start of mining operations, You will be notified of any <br />revisions the Pesource Area requires as soon as possible. <br />Our Hazardous htater:ials Coordinator has reviewed your mine plan and has <br />placed the following stipulations on your project: <br />The following must b.=_ furnished to the Craig District immediately. <br />1. A list of the chemicals you plan to use at the mine site. This list as <br />well as any chemical samples we may require will be forwarded to our chemical <br />consultants at the Oak Ridge idational Laborar.ory. <br />2. Copies of any permits issued by local, state, or federal authorities that <br />are associated with the use, storage, disposal, or transportation of <br />hazardous materials. <br />
