A copy of the certified appraisal of the cabin completed in October 1995. <br />2. A copy of the appraiser's estimate of the diminished value of the cabin from the <br />claimed subsidence damage to the cabin. <br />3. A copy of the post-mining structural inspection of the cabin conducted in November <br />1995. <br />The pre-subsidence survey data of the cabin was submitted to the Division with the letter of <br />10/18/95. A copy of two letters to Mr. and Mrs. Mautz are also enclosed. One was sent to <br />clarify their concern of a "dump" on their property (i.e., the development waste pile) and the other <br />was to clarify our Lone Pine Road use and maintenance agreements, both subjects of continued <br />complaints to Mountain Coal Company (MCC) and the Division.
