Mr, Covey <br />wanted to know whether these documents constitute enough proof to demonstrate <br />that East-West Mining (the present holder of the permit) has lost their legal right to <br />enter the property. <br />Could you please review these documents and return an opinion as to whether the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology could move forward with permit revocation and <br />bond forfeiture based on these materials. <br />Thank you. <br />Cc: H.
