Please check one below and return this form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requh-ements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD [he first time. Future use of [his or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD [hat you purchase must be in the D_drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thert: needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and [hey do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration aze the user's rrsponsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "[maging for Windows". Instructions• /1. Insert the CD into your computer. J 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A progam called QuickView Au[orun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instmctions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.mininestate.co.us. The Permit File document images cen be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CDlDVD purchase rnst covers the time and labor of making the CD.
