Copies of the application <br />are intended to provide documentation of compliance with <br />Stipulation No. 13 of Colorado Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit <br />No. C-81-014. <br />The application for a well permit was initially filed with <br />the State Engineer on April 8, 1991, with subsequent revisions <br />and resubmittal on May 17, 1991.
