<br />TRUST created by a Quit Claim Deed from W. D. SWING as grantor to W. D. SWING,
<br />JR. and W. D. SWING, JR. as Trustee for ELIZABETH ANNE SWING dated August
<br />15, 1967 and recorded at Reception No. 347347 of the records of the La Plata County
<br />Clerk and Recorder on September 14, 1967, with an address of 316 Scenic Avenue,
<br />Piedmont, California 94611, for the consideration of $86,SOS,and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, in hand paid, hereby sells and conveys to OAKRIDGE ENERGY, 1NC., a
<br />Utah Corporation whose legal address is 400 First National Bank Building, Wichita Falls,
<br />~ Texas 76301, the following real property in La Plata County, State of Colorado, to wit:
<br />~' An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to Lots 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 of

<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to all that portion of the

<br />Plata County, Colorado, which lies South of the South Bank of Horse Gulch
<br />with all of its appurtenances, reserving unto grantor anon-executive, non-participating,
<br />undivided mineral interest equal to forty-five percent (45%) of all of grantor's interest in
<br />and to oil, gas and all other minerals (except coal), including sand and gravel, in or on the
<br />lands above described; also reserving unto grantor a non-executive, non-participating,
<br />undivided mineral interest equal to one-fourth (1/4) of all of grantor's interest in and to
<br />coal, in or on lands above described.
