The certificate of <br />insurance for the insured has been verified with the Colorado <br />Compensation Insurance Authority. The policy expiration date is <br />July 1, 1994. The documents appear to be in order so that your <br />', Division can issue a purchase order. <br />Attached are the two (2) bid schedules and payment for the <br />reclamation project. Please note that $ 108,825 is allocated from <br />the G.E.C. fund and $15,325 is allocated from the Harrison Western <br />fund. In both cases we have sufficient money to cover reclamation <br />costs (466,000 G.E.C. and 18,500 Harrison Western). <br />If there are any questions or problems, please contact me. <br />m:\coal\esc\gec\insur <br />
