A program called t2ltickView will be copied ro the CD and must be installed on your computer in order ro use a DBMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does Dot require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase >~ be in the D: drhe. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extenaioD. There Deeds ro be m image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page docttmmta. OD a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they dD not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pro-Windows XP coD>pttters <br />does work. DBMS has deterrmrted that a program called "irfanVlew", which can be dovrDloaded from hfanVlCW.com, does work rVlfh <br />QuickView. After downloading "h{auView", it needs ro be coDh'gured as your default .tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licenving and registration are the user's respoDSlbility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "ItnagiDg for Windows". <br />Insiructloos• <br />1. Insert the CD inro your computer. <br />Allow time for the t„'D ro install <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the comptter. <br />5. You are ready ro view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called 1luickView Autorun, which nma the 121tickView <br />setup progtant, has alvo barn copied ro this CD. If the Autorlm program <br />does NOT work, you will need ro manuady install the tZuickView program <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView are avaihtble upon request <br />with the CD or cm be viewed at www.ntiDula.state.co.us. <br />The Permit Pile docammt Image coo be viewed in the reeeptloD area of the DBMS oMee or tbey eao be porchased oa a CD or DV D. <br />The CD/DVD parcbase cost rnvers the tlme and labor of making the CD.
