(MMII) and Elkhead Joint <br /> Venture (Elkhead). Elkhead has decided to place the reopening on hold including <br /> construction of the pilot-scale processing plant near Baggs, Wyoming. MMII will continue to <br /> maintain the current Regular 112 Mining and Reclamation Permit (M-83-052) including <br /> submittal of an annual report, annual renewal fees, and other obligations under the existing <br /> permit. <br /> We will continue to keep the Department of Minerals and Geology informed as to the <br /> progress of the project.
