We believe that
with the lack of moisture for vegetation and little to no water for the cattle, more harm than
good would impact the site.
Kerr has been informed, after the fact, that cattle from the neighboring ranch broke
through the fence and grazed part of the site for an unknown period of time. Jim Mossman,
while doing water monitoring, stated that the rancher was removing the cattle from the mine
when he arrived at the site.
If you need further information, please note that the phone number has changed back
to the previous 719 784 6395. The Fax is still: 719 784 4352.
Sincerely,
J
eorge V. atterson
Gen Mine Manager
