The proposal you are referring to, I believe, was submitted to the CDPI-[E and not [o the
DMG. The DMG has not required the installation of a slurry wall so the submittal is not
necessary to satisfy any corrective action from the DMG. However, it appears, BPdRI is
proposing to instal] a slurry wall to satisfy possible corrective actions that the CDPHE may have
required.
If requested. it may be necessary for the DMG to review the proposal to assure thlu i[ is
adequately constructed and that all the other potential problems associated with tFe structure are
addressed.
Currently, the Division does not have an official revision submittal for a slurry will a[ the San
Luis Project.
If you have any questions, please give me a call.
S~ncerely, / ~~ ~ ~
,/'i~c'K-Q-~ /~~, l
i' James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: H.
