Mining plan
approvals are necessitated by various SMCRA permitting actions. OSM, in concert with DMG, will notify you
when you will need to obtain a mining plan approval.
There is no indication of a problem at your mine. However, some confusion in this matter exists at mines in
the state, so this reminder is sent merely to assist with any future permit plans.
Thank you for your cooperation, and please call with any questions.
Sincerefyj
i~
David'
tal Protection Specialist
cc: Larry Kline, OSM
M \OSSVRIVEDAPPRb15 N'PD
