Minerals, Inc. and <br />Harrison-Peltron. As indicated by the previous response from Mr. Hernandez, and by the <br />documents provided by you to Shawn, it appears that your questions regarding <br />Newlin Creek's mine waste disposal have been previously addressed and resolved in both the <br />administrative and judicial arenas. <br />You are welcome to examine and copy any of our records if you are concerned that your <br />permit documents are missing historic information.
