Lang, <br />Division Direcror <br />As provided for in our Cooperative Agreement, this amendment is being submitted <br />to request an additional $3,260.00 for a slight project overrun. The Colorado <br />inactive Mine Reclamation Program has just completed the final construction <br />work for the New Pryor Reclamation Project in Huerf ano County, Colorado. As <br />outlined in the cooperative agreement, the estimated cost for this project was <br />$80,000.00. The Actual cost for this project was 83,260.00, which is 4 percent <br />higher. Additional costs were incurred due to unanticipated problems and a <br />very hazardous abandoned drill hole, as outlined in the attached OSM-51. <br />In accordance with Section 3.21 of the New Pryor Project Cooperative Agreement <br />and the Federal Assistance Manual, I have enclosed revised copies of the <br />following documents; OSM-48, OSM-50A/B, OSM-51 and SF-424. <br />Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />James B.
