The traffic noted on the east top soil stockpile was from my
father using the pit to site in his big game rifle and driving up to the target. The net effect
was vehicle traffic on the soil and the unwanted compaction. However the southern topsoil
stockpile has not been driven on at all and the eastern stockpile has seen very limited tra$c
which I will make swe does not get repeated.
When weather pemtits this spring, I will use a soil conservation recommended seed mix to
reseed the stockpiles. Thank you for yow assistance in this matter and I apologize for the
slow response to your notice of inspection.
(Sincerely, ~ ~ p
Daniel M. Russell
