A program called lZuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purohase lI1t~I be in the • d ve.. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will coabin files with the .df extension. There needs to be eo image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and mold-page doctlmenu. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes withpre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "LianView", which can be downloaded from LfanView.com, does work widt QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your dafault .tif viewer. DMG does not support ttt endorse this software and the licensing and regisuadon are the user's responsibility. There aro many other programs that work as well, such as "Lnaging Preview" anti "Imaging for Windows". Instructlona• 1. Lutist the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD W install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the C[) into the computer. S. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QtrickView Autorun, which mns the QttickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autortm program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Insuucdoas for manually installing QttickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minin¢.abte.co.us. The Perm(t File document images can be viewed In the receptlon area of the DMG otfIce or they un be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide camouter related suooort.
