Kopel, and does move this Court for <br />admission pro hac vice in the above-captioned case, and in sup- <br />port of the motion does state as follows: <br />1. Movant is an assistant attorney general for the state <br />of Colorado. <br />2. Movant represents the Colorado Department of Health, <br />Hazardous Materials and waste Management Division, a creditor in <br />the instant case. <br />
