As george Gregg explained, these two small parcels were part of the <br />original permit, but were not staged at that time. The high rock percentage <br />makes it desirable to add them now. <br />Tlie attached man section indicates their location. The triangular piece <br />on the west contains approximately 0.92 acres, and the irregular shaped <br />piece on the east contains about 1.a5 acres for a total of 2.07 acres. <br />As on Technical Revision !; 1, the operator would agree to $1,000.00 per <br />acre bond for a total additional bond of $2,070.00. <br />Thanks for your cooperation and help.
