Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Proposed Decision to Increase the Bond was delivered to Basin Resources, Inc. by <br />certified mail, but the signed certified mail receipt does not include a signature date. The <br />Proposed Decision was published in The Chronicle-News on Mazch 28, 2007 and April <br />4, 2007. <br />Any notices filed by Basin Resources, Inc. for a hearing or informal conference will be <br />sent you. <br />The bond amount is now the subject of the pending May 16, 2007 hearing before the <br />Mined Land reclamation Board.
