During this process, several questions regarding <br />our mining and reclamation permit have arisen. Questions' regarding inspection and <br />compliance have dominated the discussion and is the reason for me to write to you. <br />I am requesting a written statement from the Division of Minerals and Geology regarding <br />the following: :; ~; <br />* Number.of times our location has been inspected by the Division since our <br />inception; <br />' * Number of times we have been found in violation. <br />* What is the average number of inspections per year per location in the State of <br />Colorado? <br />* Who or what entity has called for these inspections.
