I wrote twice to you
about this matter, but have not received a response of any kind. (Please refer to my
letters dated December 29, 2000, and May 14, 2001, enclosed herewith for your
reference.)
The explanation of the outstanding need for such permit revisions is not explored again in
this letter, but please be aware that the issue has not been resolved. This letter serves as
notice that the issue of revisine the permits is now formally considered a problem. The
Division may make the determination that certain issues may constitute problems, and in
so doing, may determine what the corrective action(s) should be, and when the correction
date will be.
In this case, please be aware that the umesolved issue of the lack of revisine the Hermits
to include noxious weed control plans, now being a problem- now carries a formal
corrective action and correction date. The problem will be corrected by the submittal of a
written weed control plan which, once approved, will be made part of the permits through
a technical revision. Please be reminded that the submittal must be accompanied by a
technical revision fee of $188. If the plans are the same for all five permits, all five
permits may be revised for the cost of one fee. This was all stated of the former letters,
except that now it carries a correction date to by which the submittal must be made.
If this office does not receive the above-named submittal of a elan and the fee- by the
correction date of AuQLlst 20 2002 this problem will be considered to be a possible
