Enclosed, is a <br />copy of this agreement. <br />Basically, it says that the State of Colorado will be respmsible <br />for administering reclamation and reclamation bands. <br />Also, it is my understanding that this site has recently been <br />patented, and the Forest Service will now be releasing tl-.e $10,000.00 <br />bend they held. Therefore, we wish to finish the task of bond <br />adjustment for this site as initiated sore time back. The new cost <br />acre figures you submitted (in which we were in agreement) were <br />1,250/acre (tiajar), and $700/acre (Moderate).
