Enclosed, is a
copy of this agreement.
Basically, it says that the State of Colorado will be respmsible
for administering reclamation and reclamation bands.
Also, it is my understanding that this site has recently been
patented, and the Forest Service will now be releasing tl-.e $10,000.00
bend they held. Therefore, we wish to finish the task of bond
adjustment for this site as initiated sore time back. The new cost
acre figures you submitted (in which we were in agreement) were
1,250/acre (tiajar), and $700/acre (Moderate). Once again we would
l.ilce to set bond at the $30,300.00 per my April 16, 1981 letter, or
evaluate a floating band type of proposal fran yourself based on these
costs.
Now that sane of the double-bending stumbling blocks have been re-
moved, we are anxious to get this resolved.
If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
Mike Stanton
Reclamation Specialist
PS:nLs
enclosure
