[n a Minor Revision to your Permit C- <br />81-028, please document that reclamation. of the monitoring well is a responsibility of the <br />proponents, and add the well to your Land Use Topographic Map and Well Locations Within One <br />Mile of Keenesburg Mine Permit Area 2.03.4 drawing (USGSTB2). In addition, it should be <br />added to Appendix D-la.
