Our estimated remaining reserves are 23.5 million tons. <br />2, a. crusher working floor = .51 acres <br />b. highwalls & benches = .30 " <br />c. structures = 0 " <br />d. access roads = 0 " <br />e. stockpiles = .15 " <br />f. equipment storage = 0 " <br />3. We have not performed any reclamation because <br />our only disturbed area still has considerable <br />reserves beneath the surface. <br />4. We have one stockpile of fines of approx. 250 cy. <br />5. No soil stockpiles on site. <br />6. we have the following backwalls on deposit site: <br />a. 40'1, x 8'h x 80°. <br />b. 80'1, x 30'h x 90°. <br />c. 30'1 x 20'h x 90°. <br />7. We have approximately 3000' x 10' @ 9~ grade for <br />permitted access roads. None require surface control. <br />8. We have no equipment on site. <br />9. We have no hazardous material storage. <br />10. Land is not accessible to public use and is used for <br />grazing during the interim of mining inactivity. <br />11.
