Gorham, Kent
x,65
~/
From: Tena@aol.com
Sent: Thursday, June 23, 2005 10:16 PM
To: kent.gorham@state.co.us; Saunders.l.k@att.net; Tena@aol.com
Subject: Plan to see you at Florence mine on Friday, July 22
It looks like my sister, Linda Saunders, has arranged to meet you at your Florence mine on Friday, July 22.
I was hoping that I could request some reports to review before our meeting and that you could mail copies to
both my sister and myself. My address is: Tena Gallagher 400 Cliffside Dr. Danville, CA 94526 and my home
phone is 925 837-0826 or cell 925 878-5161.
At this time, it would be helpful it we could have the quarterly well reports on all of the wells. I don't think that we
have received any since our hearing two years ago.
Also I'm requesting copies of the weed control plan and how it is controlling the tall weeds that I sent
digital pictures of last year. Many of the weeds will have probably gone to seed by July 22 but hopefully not.
Linda said that last year there were two men with weedeaters who did some but not much of the tailings pile.
And we are concerned about the quantity of weeds that seem to have taken over the pile.lt is definitely now
how we Invisioned it would look after restoring it.
Please feel free to include any other reports that you feel might help us understand what is happening
presently.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
Tena DeFellippie Gallagher
6/30/2005
