A <br />review of the map shows that you have outlined (in red) what should <br />be considered the present permit area. This map fulfills the <br />requirements of the corrective actions cited in my inspection <br />report of June 18, 1992. <br />However, we cannot expand the permit area without you firs. filing <br />an amendment to the permit to do so. Please confine your mining <br />activities to within the borders outlined by red on your m~ip until <br />such time as an amendment to the permit is approved by the <br />Division.
