We are, however, making an exception !n this case for the <br />following reasons: <br />III II~III~IIIIIIIII <br />1. The dam will be 95 feet wide at the crest. <br />2. The 78 acre basin should not produce enough water during a 100- <br />year flood to wash out the embankment. <br />3. A storage capacity of .91 acre-feet should not cause any property <br />damage should the embankment fail. <br />9.
