A program called QuickVicw will 6e copied to the CD and must bt installed on your uompulenin order to use a DMG Imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of rile software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase mus[ be in [he D: drlvo. A DVD drive will t>'ad a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension, Thett: needs to bean image viewing application For .iif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing progrettts are called "Windows Picture and Fsx Viewer" ar "Paint" and they ono work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer [ha[ comes with pre•Windows XP computers dots work. DMG has determined that a program Galled "1tfanView'", which can be downloaded from ltfanVitw.com, does work with QuickView, After downloading "lrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not:upport or endorse [his sotiware and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows'. ~ lnseructiona: I .
