A program called QuickView will be espied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order ro use a DMG imaging CD the <br />first time. Future use of ehi5 or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVb that you purchase m~u ; be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3, 'i'he CD will contain files with the .tif extension. 'There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle singlC and multi-page documents. On a Windows JCP computer, the default viewing programs aro called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do~wnrj5, with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer there comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does wodt. DMG has determined that a program called "Ixfan4 lees", which can be downloaded from IrfanVicw.eom, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be co~gured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and registration aro the user's asponsibitiry. ?here aro many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview' and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Ins[ ued ns: <br />InseR the CD into your computer. <br />Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />S. You arc ready to view the Pemtit Files. <br />NGTE: A pmgxam called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuiekView <br />setup program, has also been copied co this Cb.
