From his <br />reply we cannot ascertain why R.I. Vader b Sone, Inc. cannot <br />be the surety for the reclamation bond. Mr. Frank states that <br />only where the obligation is uncertain of occurence or <br />unliquidated in amount is an insurance company required to be <br />the underwriter. We believe that neither of those circumstances <br />is present herein. Could you please explain a little further <br />the reasons for rejecting our bond as is? <br />Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
