I was not, as the GCA claims, an officer of Western <br />Slope Carbon or Northwest Energy Corporation during 1983, when <br />Western Slope Carbon was apparently involved in a permitting <br />process with your office. <br />Please note, and I am attaching a copy of a letter I received <br />from OSM in Washington, that we always have kept the AVS filings <br />up to date. <br />Sincerely, <br />E.
