Operations <br />were temporarily suspended on July 10, 1984. <br />The following information is supplied in compliance with Colorado <br />MLRD Rule 4.30.1 as of January 11, 1984. The acreages given <br />below are only approximate: <br />a. Surface Disturbed Area: <br />Open Pit Area = 4.83 ac. <br />Regraded Pit Area = 5.30 ac. <br />Top soiled & Regraded Area = 2.50 ac. <br />Shop Area, Roads, Coal Loading = 6.33 ac. <br />Topsail Stockpile = 1.70 ac. <br />Overburden Stockpile = 3.30 ac. <br />Sediment Ponds 6.80 ac. <br />TOTAL = 30.76 ac. <br />b.
