Page 1.0-3 from the curcent approved permit has been revised and is attached. MCC <br />requests that the Division hold the previously submitted page and incorporate that page upon <br />approval of the PR OS application. <br />2. The Table of Contents has been revised to include Map 1 A and is attached. <br />3. A revision to Exhibit 4 was made and submitted with the TR 69 application and <br />includes a description of the right of entry for the Lone Pine Gulch lands (see #19 on the copy <br />attached).
