The primary reason for this <br />submittal is the recently completed exchange of land between MCC and the U. S. Forest Service. <br />This is reflected on the enclosed Map 2. In addition, the surface owners address list in Exhibit 3 <br />was updated with the most current information. <br />As the Division is aware MCC initiated a land exchange with the U.S. Forest Service for <br />approximately 840 acres in Sections 21 and 22 in Township 13 South, Range 90 West. A portion <br />of these lands will contain the Sylvester Gulch Facilities Area which was permitted under Permit <br />Revision No. 7. The land exchange was completed on April 29, 1997. A copy of the Patent <br />(ownership) document is enclosed for the Division's information. <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br />Christine E.
