Lochhead <br />Ezeculive Director <br />Michael B. LOng <br />Division Director <br />Oalo-idge Energy has applied for a bond release at its Cazbon Junction Mine. The request was deemed <br />complete by this Division on February 20, 1997. The release request is for a relaease of liability, no <br />bond reduction, on approximately 18.5 acres. The surface ownership is private, and the coal mined was <br />private. The area is requested for release in order that the future land use (commercial) may be <br />initiated. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site, as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
