Due to the proposed amendments to the surface water control <br />system, your response must be made in the form of a technical revision. <br />(Rule 1.04(136)). <br />Enclosed please find an application for a revision to a coal mining and <br />reclamation permit. A complete revision application should include: <br />1) Three copies of the proposed revision <br />2) Three copies of the proposed public notice, pursuant to the <br />requirements of Rules 2.07.3(2), and 2.08.4(4). <br />Please be aware of recent revisions to the regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, specifically Rule .2.03.4.
