I <br />do believe the last paragraph on the second page establishes rights for Bear Coal Company <br />to enter upon the U.S. Forest Service surface land located within the boundaries of federal <br />coal lease D-044569 issued to Atlantic Richfield Company on August 30, 1934. <br />I hope these pages clarify your records.
