Pursuant to discussions during our meeting on Friday, June 25, 2005, enclosed is a memo from Kathleen Sullivan
which lists drill hole numbers for which the Division requires well logs andlor compleflon diagrams.to verify
ground water levels utilized for the geotechnical slope stability analyses. Additionally, it identifies an azea of
concern and requires the applicant review the geotechnical analysis and resultant proposed setbacks.
